IE7 Installation Error Code 5x05 Windows XP SP2

I have downloaded and attempted to install IE7 5-6 times since it has been
released. It runs through the process and at the very end says that it failed
with Error Code 5x05 and I have to reboot the system. The only info I found
is that this is a stop error and the hot fix is already installed. Any help
would be appreciated.
