IE7 Installation Failure, Error code - 0x05

I cant seem to install IE7. I have tried about 5 times but still get the same
errors.
Get error mesage: when you try to install Internet Explorer 7: "Internet
Explorer could not be installed"
Tried the solutions page but doesnt seem to be an answer.

%windir%\ie7.log:
DoRegistryUpdates:UpdSpInstallFromInfSection Failed for
ProductInstall.GlobalRegistryChanges.Install error: 0x5
41.360: INF_REGISTRY Failed

You may have a horked install of IE7. I suggest reading the following

Thanks, It worked! Had ZoneAlarm and it was blocking the registry update.

Are you using Webroot Spyware? I had the same problem, disabled webroot
spyware, IE7 loaded without incidedent!
