What were you trying to do there? Just opening that page doesn't cause
a problem? However, View Source does show that the site may be dependent
on the behaviour of earlier versions of IE, hence perhaps not yet compatible
with IE7's differences. E.g. most references to script are associated with
IE55.

If it is to play .swf files or other ActiveX controls you have that workaround
backwards. You want to _uncheck_ that option. That enables what is known
as LocalMachine_LockDown which for some not well explained reason allows
us to play .swf files, etc. without seeing the above symptom.
