IE7 Offline interrupts

Another annoyance using IE7....

For no reason a window pops up telling me I'm not connected to the
Internet and a dial-up window pops up.. At first this drove me nuts
since I'm on a cable 24/7 connection.

I then found IE7 arbitrarily kicks me offline and I have to open IE
and uncheck the offline option.

It is sporadic and there isn't anything that I know I'm doing that will
cause it to happen. Now that I know what is happening it is just a
matter of closing our the connection windows, open IE and uncheck
the offline option. No big deal but it is a pain in the butt..

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks in advance.
