IE7 one tab only

If I click on my Internet Explorer to bring up another tab it won't. I can't
get but just one tab with IE7. Last time it was Google tool bar which did
it. Now I have Google Earth and I'm wondering if that too might not allow me
to bring up but just one tab? I don't want to uninstall it if I don't have
to.

Let me try clearing this up, you are having problems opening multiple tab
windows in Internet Explorer 7?
The quickest way to probably solve this is to reset your Internet Explorer
settings. In IE, click Tools > Options > Advanced > under 'Reset Internet
Explorer settings' click 'Reset'.
