What are the main security configurations, I should do? How about deleting
my username/password, if I use my email in an Internet cafe? Is it enough to
delete files in Tools - Internet options - General - History?

That, reset internet explorer settings, clear out the temporary files
directory - although you might no have access to that location, don't choose
to save passwords whenever prompted. You can never be safe though because a
hacker could even be snooping on you while you were surfing. Even when the
Windows Firewall is enabled. So you can never be 100 percent safe.
