IE7 on Vista Home Basic (Help !!...)

Hi Everyone or Expert agent....

My Customer have trouble with IE7 on Vista Home Basic (Compaq Desktop).

She found the IE7 have trouble with her bank online with SSL shown a
webpage.
Left column came image doing well. But a login box (Username & Password
fields) didn't shown on center were blank.

Other website on IE7 to be fine. But IE7 didn't get update 2nd choice a
drop-list after 1st select choice.
Example:-
1st choice select 2nd choice Select
Auckland - North Shore
- Manukau
- Howick
- etc...
Wellington - Lower Hutt
- Upper Hut
- etc...

IE7 didn't show 2nd Choice from Web database server. It was blank on list.

I found IE7's about information shown "Version, Cipher Strength, Product
ID" were blank. I believe that IE7 already damage. I try get download &
installed a IE8 has same problem a "About information" was blank. Then I
uninstalled IE8 back to IE7.

I checked a PC every times
* NOD32 Anti-Virus - found 1 infection removed from Temporary folder (low
risk)
* SFC in command - All verifty clean, it didn't find any missing.
* MS Malware Scanner - All clean, no found infection.
* IE7 - Third times RESET. can't resolve the SSL or data list field
missing. (same IE8)

Give it up, I try download & installed a FIREFOX v3 has worked on internet
(including SSL Bank Online and Data List menu are worked as well) FIREFOX
is perfect worked.

Do you know... WHY that are IE7 or either IE8 has not working properly a
128bit Security.
I seen 128bit Security were gone on IE7 from now ! I still frustrate that
IE7 really **** happened.

I remember IE6 on WinXP can allow "re-install or Repair" were resolved as
best thing.
But IE7 on Vista didn't have "Repair" or "Re-Install". That stupid idea
from Microsoft misbehaviour the system cause "No help to fix IE" I heard
who user talked about "Re-Install on IE7".....Can't be, You should backup a
data then wipe & fresh install a vista are resolve." Jezz, That idiot
idea.... I think I am unhappy with VISTA has no resolve for IE.

Can you help me for "resolve the IE7 for 128bit Security or Repair IE7"

SFC (from command) are all clear verifty (didn't find missing). Malware
scanner is all clear

ANY ONE KNOW THIS PROBLEM THIS MESSAGE
