IE7 Vista Update kills internet access

Dell forwarded a number of Vista updates yesterday and they were installed.
One, (Security Update KB950759) wouldn't allow internet access. After I
uninstalled it, everything was normal. It was forwarded and installed again
today and I again had to uninstall it before I could access the internet.

Anyone else have this problem?

Its IE 6 sp1 update, you state you are using IE7

vista only has ie7 or higher.... so what are you talking about?
