Hello Internet Explorer Forum,

I am using IE8 Developer Tools (built in to IE 8). I would like to ask is there
any method that allows outlining elements to persist upon page refreshes?

Using;

Internet Explorer Version: 8.0.6001.18702.
Windows XP Professional Version: 2002 Service Pack 3.
Microsoft Visual Web Developer Version: 2008.
Developer Tools from the Internet Explorer Tools Menu.

Thanks and regards,

- BotRot
