IE8-Changing Menu Langauge

Hello,

I use XP Pro+SP3.
I have just upgraded IE7 to IE8 upon automatic windows update. I have
noticed that the menu language has been changed from Hebrew to English. Can
I re-define the menu language back to Hebrew?

Not without installing the appropriate IE8 MUI, no.
