IE8 Exporting Favorites Problem

Hello,

I have been using IE8 on Windows XP Home SP3 for a while and never had a
problem EXPORTING Favorites to a file.

Last couple of days I am getting this error message on the Export
confirmation window.

Error Message
"Some Settings were not exported successfully"

And the problem is it is exporting ONLY A FEW FAVORITES and NOT all like it
used to do before.

Couldnt find any solution anywhere.

Any one experienced this problem ?
