You need more diagnostics.
Try the Fiddler Tool from
http://www.fiddlertool.com
At a guess though, compare your IE settings between machines, particularly
your HTTP settings on the Advanced tab of Internet Options.
If you have a Company Group Policy then your IE settings on all machines
should be the same.
