When running in no add on mode, when you click the small picture a larger
picture (not the fully larger) appears but it has no zoom buttons and
clicking on tghat image does nothing. Flash has to be running to do anything
more simply display the picture.

Behavior is the same...picture loading progress bar runs to the end and sits
there

I run ESET NOD32 antivirus. I get the same results even when I completely
disable the antivirus. I am not running a software firewall - I do have a
Cisco PIX firewall between my network and the internet but that is not a
problem since the laptop displays the page perfectly while on the same
network as the desktop machine.

I built the machine from scratch and trust me...Norton has been nowhere near
it!

This is indeed a weird one.

Opps. Should have been the Global Storage Settings Panel insead of the
Security Settings Pane.
