IE8 Installation

Hi

I would like to know what do I need to install IE8 in Vista 64 Ultimate, the
Windows Update does not work for some reason so I have to download it
manually and then install it manually

I have already downloaded the IE8 64 installation package, but I would like
to know if I will also need to download the IE 32
