I recently had to service my computer due to a hard drive mishap. The techies
installed a new hard drive (relegated old hard drive to a reformat and put my
files back on nit) - it is now drive "E" - installed Windows 7 (I had been
running XP Home Edition with SP2-3 installed); Last week I was able to log in
to my AT&T online account for wireless services to view and pay my bill.
Today I went to sign in, and only saw a blank page. This happened
repeatedly. I don't have a clue what happened here. What do I need to go in
order to get this page to work? My online banking login, etc. works just
fine. Thank you

I'd have to wonder if the AT&T Webpage was broken.

Hi,
Try these procedures:
1. Internet Options> General> Browsing history> Delete (next screen) uncheck
(at the top) "Preserve favorites website data" and delete Temporary Internet
Files, History and Cookies.

2. If unsuccessful with step 1, use the Reset IE Settings button in Internet
Options> Advanced.
What the reset will do:
Reset Internet Explorer settings [Windows 7]:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/w...lorer-settings

Additional information:

Hope this helps,

I would like to know why the techies installed Windows 7 when you
already had a perfectly good license to run Windows XP on that PC. Did
you recently purchase Windows 7? Is it legit? When I hear the term
"techies," it makes me wonder!

In the meantime, are you able to load that particular page using another
browser like Firefox or Opera?
