Hello,

I have been going crazy with the problem. I have users when they try to
export data from a website, the intial query will open the report in excel.
But when the query is changed the window will open and closes.

I have clean out everything, I have asked the user to change the query 1st ,
but still the same result, window opens and closes. The site is listed as a
safe site as well as in the pop-up blocker safe site, and smart view is
turned off. yes also I updated the reader as well(i love that being the
only answer from adobe)

The report works in IE6 with out a problem.

systems are XP sp2, IE8, read 9.12, flash 9, java 5.10, 4.6.

any ideas???

thank you in advance, have good weekend!

What data from which website with what query in which window? All users
or some users? What does "clean out everything" mean? We're not psychic.

Hi,

PDF?

And in no-Addons mode?

I haven't tested them all but Nitro PDF is incompatible with IE8.

Export to Excell - Try removing the sites from your Trusted Zone. (The
spreadsheet you are exporting to is in the My Computer Zone==Internet Zone

Regards.
