IE9 and YouTube

I run IE9 with Windows 7 (64 bit) and everything is generally fine apart
from one thing.
Invariably, when clicking on a YouTube link, I get taken to the correct
page but the video "stalls" before playing (black screen where video
should be and the revolving timer stops). If I refresh the window it
usually starts OK but sometimes I have to try a couple more times.
Sometimes I get the message that the site is not responding, with an
offer to refresh.
I clear my cache daily on exit, so it can't be that.
Any ideas, anyone?
Thanks in advance.

I seem to recall hearing about others having the same problem. Oh yes,
here's a start.

Many thanks, Bill.
Security level now set to medium (from medium-high) and YouTube now
behaves itself!
