IE9 fonts screwed up again

Can anyone confirm that the last cumulative security update for IE (KB2586448) once again removed the link between IE9's fonts and those used by WLMail 2009 to display (plain text) messages? I'm fairly certain that before this update, WLMail used the fonts specified at Internet options > General > Fonts to render plain text messages and others with no font-face definition. Now I'm back to Times New Roman, just like before IE9 was installed. The same applies to the preview pane in Explorer. Do you have the same problem?

That update was automatically installed on my machine on October 11 (over a
month ago), and I have noticed no change as you are.

Many apologies - that should have been /reading in WLMail *2011*.../ . I'm using WLMail 2011 and IE9 on W7Pro 64-bit.
