IE9 toolbar

Sometimes in IE9 the entire toolbar gets greyed out, so I can't add
something to my favorites. I have to close and reopen and go back the
a web site for it to work, then it will stop again at some point. Is
this a known IE9 bug, or is there a fix yet?

If there is a fix, then it should come down with the Automatic Updates...
