ieuser screws up InternetExplorer

CAn someone tell me what this program does that seems to prevent IE from connecting.


If I go into taskmanager and stop it, then IE works fine

The file is located in the folder C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\. If
you start Internet Explorer, it will first launches IEUser.exe, which sets
the security settings of the Internet Explorer to the medium level. When the
Internet Explorer requires administrative privileges (e.g. install an
ActiveX), the Admin Broker IEInstall.exe is used (which runs at high
integrity).

Hi,

Ieuser.exe invokes the user's selected security settings when Internet
Explorer loads. If you cannot connect, the first place I'd be checking is
those.
