I can not get iexplorer to start at all, so i cant make any updates of
windows or find a solution online. I am now borrowing a computer to see if i
can download something and send to my email and fix the problem that way. I
would appreciate all help i can get.

App Hand B1
iexplore.exe
signature 1d64
type of stop 1
Bucket ID 305552894
Programversion 7.0.6000.167111

not sure if this will help but did you try system restore?
if you can get into it and restore you system back to before it
started.

press windows key, in the search box type restore

press enter

on the left choose the top option, something like "Repair windows from system restore"

choose a date that ur computer last worked fine, documents and such like u have done since will
still remain, just settings files/programs get back to how they were

hope that helped
