IIS 7.0 is included with Windows Home Premium, Ultimate, and
Business Editions. To install this optional component, follow
this procedure:

1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, click Programs and then click
"Turn on or off Windows Features".
3. In the Windows Features dialog box, click
"Internet Information Services" and then click OK.

If you want to do .Net programming, then you'll want Vista Ultimate,
Business or Enterprise, as those versions have IIS 7.0 and FrontPage
Extensions.

Otherwise, without FrontPage Extensions, you'll not be able to do full Web
development work. Vista Premium has IIS7, but it doesn't come with FP
Extensions.

There is suppose to be some kind of a patch for Vista HP for this to make
IIS7 work like it does on the other versions of Vista, but you'll have to
check that out for yourself.
