I have some programmers I'd like to use IIS Manager without being local
admins. How do I do this on IIS6 and IIS7?

For IIS questions use this NG:
microsoft.public.inetserver.iis
microsoft.public.inetserver.iis.security
microsoft.public.inetserver.misc
