IIS not working after applying KB928365

Hi,

I have a Win2000SP4 workstation with IIS 5.1. Duwamish7 was working on
it with no problems.
After applying the patch Duwamish7 is not working any longer, as long
as a bunch of other
web apps. They all show http error 500.

Event log shows nothing significant. After I tried running
aspnet_regiis from 2.0.50727 folder,
it said that it cannot find entrypoint HeapSetInformation in
Kernel32.dll.

I had similair problems on WinXP SP2.

The patch I applied is the following: NDP20-KB928365-X86.exe
