Yes. Check under Control Panel > Programs and Features > under 'Task' click
the
'Turn Windows Features on or off' link from the list available then from
list of options > check off 'Internet Information Services' click OK.

True, although different features of IIS7 are available depending on which
version of Vista you're running
http://www.iis.net/articles/view.asp...Vista-Editions

and, by default, it's not turned on. It must be turned on manually:

IIS 7 on non business versions of Vista do not allow full Web Development,
because those versions don't come with Front Page Extensions. I know they
cannot use connection pooling, one may not be able to create multiple Web
sites, like with the business versions Vista and IIS7. The non bus verisons
Vista with IIS7 don't have FTP site creation either.

No version of Vista IIS comes with extensions.
You have to download and install them:
http://www.iis.net/downloads/default...=34&g=6&i=1531

Note: these are for 32 bit machines only.

To write really crappy, non-standard, html code. Another
MickeyMouse "innovation".

Cheers.
