Control Panel => Programs => Turn Windows Features On or Off (Near the
bottom left) => Internet Information Services.

Alternatively click on Help and Support. Type in iis and press Enter :-)

Check under Control Panel > Programs and Features > under 'Task' click
the 'Turn Windows Features on or off' link from the list available then from
list of options > check off 'Internet Information Services' click OK.
