I'm an Administrator, but Not

I have more than one system giving me Error number 0x8DDD0002 at Windows
Update when logged on as an admin. Have followed procedures in KB316524 with
no luck.

When I right-click the SoftwareDistribution folder and get Properties, I do
not get a Security tab--just General, Sharing, and Customize.

Can someone PLEASE help straighten me out while there is still a computer to
fix?

If you have WinXP Home you must boot into safe mode and login as administrator
