POP3, Server Response: '-ERR authorization first', Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is not enabled.

Now I can receive email, but cannot send.
here is the error:
Subject 'CA-FNO1038 ATT', Account: 'pop.secureserver.net', Server:
'smtpout.secureserver.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250
PIPELINING', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number:
0x800CCC7D

your thoughts?

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then uncheck the SSL option. That mail server doesn't use SSL.
