IM Question

I am using AIM (Aol's IM) I am trying to establish contact with an
individual who uses MSN's IM. Can this be done? If so how?

Nope. You'll need to use the real MSN Messenger/Windows Live Messenger client or another
client which supports the Messenger protocol (like Trillian).
