After a routine update to one of my 3rd party applications i was advised to
make sure my MS updates were current. I did not realise that SP3 was being
loaded and I now have mondo missing dlls and what have you. I guess I stabbed
my own heart with the Vista knife. Restore points dont work, uninstall no
work and I no work now.

Another consideration SP3 could be Office 2003.
