image of contacts

I do not see the image of presentation of my contacts although the icon to be
marked. Somebody has suggestions for the problem?
i have windos xp sp2, IE 7.0 and windows live messenger 8.0

Greetings,

Are you using any sort of firewall? Specifically, ZoneAlarm? If so, use the "Check for
updates" feature as there was an update recently that does fix some Messenger issues.

i use the firewal of the windows xp and AVG and Spybot, any sugestion?

I have the same problem, contacted MSN Help, we have tried deleting files and
reinstalling and still does not work.

Already I solve the problem, open managing contacts in the right of the
window, and mark to show details.

Well darn me I have been back and forth about 5 times to MSN Mess help and
nobody suggested that one. It was a small irrellavent thing but irritating
