Images in Outlook Express

After installing SP 2 I can no longer view images in Outlook Express. All
research indicates I should be able to go to the Tools menu, selection
Options and the Security tab to remove check for blocking images.... but, I
don't have this feature under Security. Another response was to click on bar
-- don't see one. In some cases, it's mentioned that a message is displayed
indicating I should click there to view images... don't see this message
either. Is it necessary to uninstall IE 6 and reinstall?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
