Images, Videos and pdf files will not upload properly

Ever since I downloaded Internet Explorer 7 on my computer I've had trouble
uploading files to various websites.

The first time I noticed this was when I tried to upload a pdf file onto my
company's website. The file uploads, but parts of the file are damaged and
become illegible. Then, I tried to upload some images on the same site. The
top of the image uploads fine, then from a 3rd of the way down the image is
broken with strong colours, then the bottom is missing.
This same occurence is also happening when I try to upload images onto
MySpace and file storage sites.
I'm also having a similar problem uploading video files on YouTube, with the
movies losing sound and becoming pixellated. They also seen to increase in
running time too!

I've tried uninstalling IE7, performing a system restore, running system
scans for viruses and spyware, and following the advice of those who have
posted similar problems on web forums, but nothing seems to work.

I have also tried using another computer to upload my images to the company
website - which worked fine, so I know thewebsite isn't at fault.

These problems have only surfaced since I installed IE7 and not being able
to upload such files are a huge inconvenience to me, so if anyone has any
idea what is causing this and, even better, can provide a solution, I would
be most grateful!
