IMAGEX Tool and OEM Partitions

I saw in a webcast last month that imagex.exe could capture OEM Partitions.
Such partitions are usually in the very begining or end of a hard disk
created by PC Manufacturers to store diagnostics or configuration tool, in
addition to probably a recovery image of C: drive as shipped from factory.

Is this possible using imagex or any other tool in the WAIK / BDDA 2007
toolset?
