Import Eduora 6.xx into windows Vista Mail or windows vista Outlook

I have Vista home premium.
I have Eudora paid ver 6.xx .( running fine with Vista HP )

How do I import Eudora Addresses and mailboxes into
windows vista Mail ( replaced Outlook Express ) and/ or into
Outlook running on the same Vista machine ??

Real help would be appreciated .
