Import updates from catalog.update.microsoft.com into offline WSUS

I currently have two WSUS servers. One on a network that connects to the
internet and one that does not. Each time I want to move over updates I have
to go through the whole process of backups, exports, imports, and restores
which is a pain. I would like to be able to pull down the updates I want from
http://catalog.update.microsoft.com and put them on a disk and import them
directly into my offline WSUS server.
