Important Security Downloads needed but cannot download them

Download size: 0 KB , 0 minutes

How come I continue to get notified to download important updates that have
no download size and no download time? they will not download, I have tried
several times, probably because the file size is 0 huh!?

That means there is nothing to download because it already downloaded it.

What is the specific update KB######?

As Shenan said, they've already downloaded. What particular updates are not
installing?

Could you please check the windows update log for more clues as to why the
updates have not installed especially error codes etc which may assist.

How to view the Update log in Windows:-

Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type: %windir%\windowsupdate.log
and then click OK.

Scroll down towards the bottom for the latest entries to locate any error
code(s) or explanation as to why the page cannot be displayed.
