If MS Office 2007 is installed, insert the Office CD into the appropriate
drive bay before attempting to install KB951338.

If, however, PowerPoint Viewer 2007 is installed, uninstall it, reboot, and
then download/install PowerPoint Viewer 2007 SP1:

Is MS Office PowerPoint Viewer (2007 or 2003 or...) listed in Add/Remove
Programs?

Is any version of MS Office (e.g., 2003) listed in Add/Remove Programs? If
so, is "Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office system" listed in Add/Remove
Programs?

- Power Point 2007 viewer
- Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office system
