importing dbx file in Windows mail

If I import .dbx files in Windows mail, does it delete same name folders and
replace or does it add the content to it ?

Neither. Once a dbx is imported, a sub-folder named Imported Folder is
created for each one imported. Go to it and drag the messages to the proper
boxes.
