Copy the *.wab file from the OE machine to a user permissioned folder on
the WLM machine (e.g. Documents or My Documents)
Click on the Contacts icon(bottom of left hand pane) in WLM to open the
contact list
- hit ALT to bring up the menu bar if not already present
- click File > Import > Windows Address Book (.WAB)
- navigate to the folder containing your wab file etc
Note:
1. OE used Groups, WLM uses Categories
- be prepared to recreate Categories and populate each with contacts
2. Some data may not import due to differences in contact fields, some
unfixed problems with OE method of storing address book data, etc. Again be
prepared to make some corrections or data entry (especially if multiple
email addresses were present for a given contact in OE)
Finally, your version of WLM is 2009. If using Vista or Win7, you might
consider updating to 2011. If continuing to use 2009 these might interest

Thanks. I think I've got everything now over to WLM. The only thing I am
still wondering how to copy the OE address list to the WLM Contacts.
