Importing Updates from source other than Windows Update Page

Is it possible to import updates from a source other than the Windows Update
page, and if so, how is it done.?

Import them to the current system your on ? Is that what you're
referring to or, import them to any system ?

One can download all Security updates from the monthly Security bulletin
pages : http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx
That would take one to the MS Download Center.

And, for the Enterprise environment, one can download a monthly ISO of
Security updates : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913086

Also, the Windows Update Catalog can be used to obtain all updates, not
just Security related ones :

The OP means downloading them from another website other than
windowsupdate.microsoft.com .....?
