Impossible Folder!

Okay, I kinda messed up. I was 'experimenting' with the URL cache in Vista
64-bit, and created a "temportary" folder under
user(me)\appdata\locallow\microsoft\cryptneturlcac he, naming it Old Metadata.
I moved the contents of the metadata folder into it to see if, for sure,
Vista would make new metadata files (it did, just fine), but now I cannot
remove my folder named Old Metadata. Vista tells me that I don't have
permission, and unlocker programs can't even find that file. All I want to
do is get if off the list; I have no idea if there's even anything in there
anymore. Help! (Not that it matters that much, I guess.)
