Impossible to install kb office 2003 error 1648

With WSUS i update the office 2003 but i have a problem with the
installation for KB.

I tried these solutions :
Rename of the directory Softwaredistribution but it's correct

Verify this keys
software\microsoft\office\11\delivery in registery but it's corect

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Nls\CodePage but it's
correct.

chek the service Automatic Update is on start automatic, it's correct

Check the file version for the files Wuauclt.exe and Wuaueng.dll
(both are in your %systemroot%\system32 folder). Both should be version of
5.4.3790.1851 or later ? OK 5.8

Office updates can be installed only via Windows Installer version 3.0.?
it's OK
