i have downloaded and installed the latest update for windows and when i
attempt to reboot my computer it boots till just b4 it gets to the desktop
and then the computer shuts down . there was no firewall/antivirus running at
the time .. how can this be corrected , are there programs that are just
incompatable ? . i have reformatted this machine for the third time and its
getting quite irritating . so before i try another install , do you haver any
suggestions ? sincirely g.
