inability to down load Partypoker.com from internet explorer

i have had party poker for about 2 yrs. downloaded from aol. recently
canceled aol.and went to dsl with alltel.net. can not redown load party
poker. freezes up and tells me that it cant find licensewm.exe. i have tried
everything my pea brain can come up with.
