Inability to retrieve list of Windows Update

I have Windows XP Pro. I also have Norton System Works and Anti-Virus
installed

When I click on 'EXPRESS INSTALL Recommended' I get the following error
message

[Error number: 0x80072EFD]
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested
page. You may find the following resources helpful in resolving the problem

I don't know what to do to get Windows Update working. If you need more
information, please contact me.
