Inaccurate Display in IE7 Using BofA BillPay "Deliver By" popup ca

When using IE7, Vista, Gateway MT6840, Bank of America Bill Pay system, the
"Deliver By" banner is not positioned properly in the calendar popup. It
hides the first number of a two digit date and hides the single digit date
almost completely. It works fine with very small font. I think it is a BofA
problem in the way they have programmed their java applet, but both BofA and
Gateway think it is an IE7 problem. They can't duplicate it supposedly.

Based on the warnngs in IE7, I'm hesitant to do a complete reset. I have
restored default settings. Being a retired technical support professional, I
am hesitant to just start Easter-egging. I'd like to know what factors
impact this function, then go after them, i.e., is it the Java or what? My
problem is that technology has gone well beyond me in my retirement years.
