With IMAP, your mail client (WLM) mirrors the server. Anything you do
on one happens on the other. If you delete a message on the server, the
WLM will delete the message next time it connects. If you delete a
message in WLM, it will be deleted on the server next time it connects.
If multiple mail programs/PCs share a single IMAP account, Anything
done on any one of them will eventually get reflected on the others.
If you just want to keep messages in WLM, you need to move the messages
from the IMAP folders into Storage Folders.
Or if the mail service offers POP3 access, use that instead.
I don't quit understand your comment
"cause the server is updated very often and automatically deletes old
emails"
IMAP servers are intended to keep messages forever.
