The product literature below says that Vista Business & Ultimate includes
features to do a complete PC Backup and Restore.

After spending hours upon hours the last few days and talking to support
staff at my OEM and at Microsoft, I think that its impossible to do a
"Complete PC Restore" on a Preinstalled OEM license of Vista Ultimate. The
only way I can do it is if I have a copy of the Vista Ultimate Retail disk
set (which is not supplied for OEM). Whats the point of doing backups if I
don't have the tools for a restore? I now need to either borrow a copy from a
friend or to separately order the disk set from Microsoft and pay for
shipping as well.

I STRONGLY suggest that all tools necessary to do a Complete PC Restore be
provided at the time we purchased our OEM product (for Ultimate and Business
edition). Or at least make it downloadable in a support site. I wouldn't mind
having to pay a little more for an additional Repair/ Recovery media set when
I purchase my OEM product but at least I have it when I need it most.

Having to order the disk set and wait for shipping is a huge interruption to
work. The whole purpose of doing backups was to minimize downtime and this
just goes against that frame of thinking.
