incomplete loads

i am not getting the full picture that i should be getting. pieces of
picture are missing after websites are loaded (experiencing this problem with
all websites)
any solutions will do. thanks

I am sorry that you are hitting this issue. This does not seem like a
Windows Update problem. Perhaps these other newsgroups would be more
helpful:
